An investment fund created by Gatehouse Bank and Sigma Capital Group, UK PRS is a regional BTR Single-family home portfolio.

Backed by capital raised from the Kuwait Investment Authority, UK PRS consists of 821 private-rental properties throughout the North West and West Midlands.

Ascend was appointed as the sole lettings and property management agent for UK PRS in Q1 2020. We created a dedicated team that was white-labelled under the ‘Live DifRent’ brand and brought in major efficiencies, utilising bespoke technology and systems with our in-house IT Development team.
