These large and growing portfolios are marketed under the ‘Simple Life’ brand, and Ascend setup a fully white-labelled team and systems to manage these assets.

As of November 2023, Sigma has delivered 5,129 new homes for rent across the UK on behalf of The PRS REIT plc. and Sigma PRS, all of which are managed by Ascend.
