It’s why our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, protect our environment and be proactive with social responsibility are vital.
We’re fully committed to being a responsible business and limiting the environmental impact of all our operations.
We’ve detailed exactly how we’re meeting our goals in our Sustainability Commitment Report:
We plant a tree for every home we sell or let
By implementing a home/hybrid working policy
By promoting virtual property viewings and visits
to 30% electric vehicles
Our environmental commitment Our social commitment
Our first Sustainability Commitment comprises 13 commitments: 8 to help protect the environment, 5 to support our social responsibilities. All 13 commitments are fully aligned to the United Nations Sustainability Goals (SDGs).
We know it’s not just what we do that matters but how we do it. It’s why, as an industry-leading team of experts, we always look to exceed expectations - and that includes delivering against our sustainability commitments.
We recognise the role we have in addressing the climate crisis. And we’re enthused by it. But the task ahead is massive. As both a company, and as individuals, we don’t underestimate it. We’ll continue our sustainability work across our business and will regularly share our progress with you.
All our Sustainability Commitments are aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals - a recognisable and proven framework that ensures we act with rigour as we work toward our goals.
