Start Living - Ascend Properties

Ascend has been appointed as the portfolio manager for Start Living, a £500m BTR Single-family home portfolio in the UK.

A joint venture with TPG, via their European Real Estate Fund (TREP III), and Gatehouse Investment Management, the portfolio has been under Ascend’s management since Q1 2023.

The first phase of the portfolio will consist of 2,500 private-rental homes across 9 developments within the North West, Yorkshire and Humber, East Midlands and West Midlands.

Start Living offers 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom rental properties in areas that provide a high level of family amenities.
