Winner of Best Overall Agent in the UK! Our night at the Landlord and Lettings Awards 2016 Picture this: it’s the night of the 29th November. Our A-Team are all dolled up and ready for a glitzy night of fun and glamour at the Landlord and Lettings Awards 2016. The venue is packed to the nines with various big-wigs and cool-cats of the property world, all joined together for one of hell of a jam-packed evening. If you follow us on our social channels, (if you don’t, you can do so here, here and here) you may have already seen that we were nominated for Letting Agent of the Year and were up against some tough competition. We’ve had our fair share of award-wins already this year, which you can read about here, and we knew we’d be incredibly lucky to scoop yet another award – but we did! We are honoured to have bagged the award for Best Overall Agent in the UK, by some very esteemed judges including: - Alan Ward, Chairman – Residential Landlords Association - David Cox, Managing Director – Association of Residential Letting Agents - Carolyn Uphill, Chairman – National Landlords Association - Peter Littlewood, Chairman, Southern Landlords Association That’s right – there’s another shiny trophy for our award cabinet, and we celebrated in sufficient style. Ged McPartlin, Sales Director at Ascend Properties commented: “We are absolutely thrilled to win the award for Best Overall Agent in the UK. The competition was tough, so this accolade really is testament to the hard work and commitment of everyone at Ascend.
