We are so proud of our Estate Agents and Letting Agents

We’ve had a pretty exciting year so far. And we may only be a few short months into 2016, but our guys have been working their little socks off to get stuff done. Lettings, sales and management are all a hive of activity. The property market is booming and there’s no shortage of property hunters in Manchester. It doesn’t half keep us busy - good job we love every minute of it!

What we love even more is when our hard work pays off – whether it’s handing the keys over to an excited first time buyer, helping a tenant move into their new home for the first time or receiving five star feedback from our landlords. It may seem like something small to you, but to us… it brings a huge smile to our faces and makes us all warm & fuzzy inside (we’re big softies at heart).

But it’s not always just our clients that recognise all the graft we put into making stuff happen. The positive feedback that you guys leave us on websites like allagents.com and other outlets have meant our name has spread further afield and this time, the top team over at the RESI awards have picked up on our super service, our happy helpers and our never-ending knowledge of the property world.

That’s right, we’ve been nominated for a national award! We’re up for property newcomer of the year - talk about a big deal, right? We’re beaming from ear to ear and couldn’t be more chuffed to be able to share the news, so a huge thanks goes to every single one of our clients for spreading the love.

The winners will be announced on 11th May at a swanky awards ceremony down in London. We’ll be attending and celebrating in style no matter what the results may be, so we want to wish a massive good luck to all the other nominees who will be there too.

In the meantime, it’s all systems go for Ascend as there’s a lot of work to be done, but we’ve got loads of exciting plans up our sleeves for the rest of 2016 so watch this space…
