Were officially the best in the north west

We're officially the best in the North West!

2018 is shaping up to be a pretty fantastic year for us here at Ascend. From award nominations and charity projects, to some exciting new developments across Manchester and Liverpool that we’re super-proud to be a part of, we’ve certainly been rushed off our feet. But despite all of this, our main priority is our clients.

As you might remember, earlier this year our wonderful landlords cast their votes in the 2018 ESTA awards. After our previous Gold win for Best Letting Agent of the Year 2017, we naturally felt we had a reputation to uphold. To be nominated again by our landlords was a huge feat, these are some of the most prestigious awards in our industry after all.

Friday 20th April rolled around pretty quickly and our team headed down to the award ceremony for the 15th annual ESTAS Awards 2018, the biggest awards in the UK property industry. A whopping 36,000 surveys were completed and analysed to determine the best estate and lettings agents in the UK.

The winners this year were announced by Phil Spencer at Grosvenor House in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals. No words can describe how it felt when our name was called. We’d won ‘Best Letting Agent in the North West’ for the second year running, along with an award for Best in County.

We honestly couldn’t be happier. It’s such a great feeling to know that all our hard work has paid off and that we’ve received such glowing feedback from our landlords.

Our director Ged McPartlin had this to say:

“Following our previous win last year for the Best Letting Agent of the Year in the North West, we’re thrilled that we took home the gold again this year. This award is always a special one as it’s voted for by clients.

This year in particular has been incredibly special, because it proves that even though our team is growing at an exponential rate and our client numbers are ever increasing, we’re still able to provide the highest levels of service. Bigger doesn’t always necessarily result in a better service, however we’ve proven that growth can be achieved without dropping service levels, and this has been highlighted by such positive feedback across the board. We’re a very happy team right now.”
