Ascend Celebrates Gatehouse Living Group’s Asset Manager of the Year Award Win

Gatehouse Living Group, the vertically-integrated real estate investment and management platform that includes Ascend, has been named Asset Manager of the Year at the Property Week RESI Awards 2025.

Judges for the awards, which celebrate achievements in the residential real estate sector, were particularly impressed by Gatehouse Living Group’s growth and strategic investments, it’s full-service offer and well-rounded case for asset management excellence.
