Late nights with Ascend…

Summer is fab isn’t it? The days are longer, everything is that little bit greener and the weather is brighter – so much so that even Manchester gets treated to some sunshine at this time of year! There’s no doubt that for our A-Team, this is our busiest ever season, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Those of you with very good memories will remember that this time last year, demand led to us launching our seasonal extended opening hours. As the summer months are the most popular in the property world, we thought we’d make our clients lives that little bit easier by having a late night opening every Wednesday throughout summer. Instead of closing at 6pm, our office kept its doors open for an extra two hours until 8pm, meaning that our lovely customers got a chance to view those must-have properties with an agent outside of our typical opening hours. Just because we’re nice like that.

Well, it’s safe to say that our late night openings were a huge success and our hard-working team were fully booked every Wednesday evening with viewings and property appointments without failr. So when it came to looking at our opening times again during the busier months, we had a little rethink…

So now, not only are we opening until 8pm every Wednesday evening throughout summer, we’ll also be open until 8pm on Thursdays too. Yep, that’s right – a double whammy of late nights. We had such an overwhelming response to our late night service last year that we thought we’d up the ante this time round and give everyone the chance to get all their property needs done and dusted. Can’t say we don’t know how to treat our customers!
