Best in the North West!

Nominated... Again!

You may remember a few months ago how we were bragging about our customer service skills. Not just any old skills though, our super AWARD WINNING customer service skills!  

Yep that’s right, back in July our boys won a whopping six awards between them, and as you can imagine, we were pretty chuffed at the news.  We didn’t think it could get much better. But it has… and we’re ecstatic.  

The lovely people at allagents got in touch again last week with even more good news. We’ve won a further five awards. FIVE. We couldn’t believe our ears! Safe to say, we’ve been celebrating in style this week.

As you know, allagents are a huge review site for letting and estate agents. Basically they are the big guns of the property review world. All the awards are based on real customer reviews and those who’ve had first-hand experience of dealing with an agent. And you guys have spoken. Not only did you rate us best in our postcode district, and the best in Manchester…but you also voted us as the best letting agent in the whole of the North West. Not sure if you’ve checked, but that’s a heck of a lot of agents we were competing against.  

Here’s a rundown of all the awards we managed to scoop:

• 2015 Gold for Best Letting Agent in the M3 postcode
• 2015 Gold for Best Letting Agent in Manchester
• 2015 Gold for Best Letting Agent in Greater Manchester
• 2015 Gold for Best Letting Agent in the North West
• 2015 Bronze for the Best Estate Agent in M3 postcode

Now for the soppy stuff (with an imaginary microphone and trophy in our hands)... we want to thank every single person who has ever left us a review, ever recommended us to a friend or even shouted their love for Ascend from the rooftops (and that’s a lot of you). Obvs we pride ourselves on our service levels and it’s great that all of you are happy to share your experiences (and love) with everyone else on t’internet. We’re proud to do what we do – so thank you.
