Ascend in the city: we’ve moved

Welcome to Deansgate 

If you’ve been following any of our social media accounts over the last week or so (check us out here on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram if you haven’t already) you’ll know that we’ve been keeping some pretty exciting news up our sleeves…

That’s right, we’ve expanded (our team, not our waists!) and moved offices. And not just any old office, we’re now slap bang in the heart of Manchester city centre – on Deansgate of all places. Now, this is epic. Everyone knows Deansgate. If not for the boutique shops, delicious restaurants, thriving nightlife and the iconic Beetham Tower, it’s for well… being Deansgate.  

As you can imagine, it’s been all go, go, go for team Ascend over the past few weeks and we’ve barely had time to stop for a brew. Our guys have been busy getting stuck into the interior design, ordering the builders about (nicely, mind), and project managing the big move – all while our super-agents have continued to contain their excitement, deal with the influx of calls and conduct viewings with barely a hair out of place. It’s been a long few weeks, but we’re all finally settled in our brand new home, and it doesn’t half look lovely, if we do say so ourselves.

From our giant feature wall to our shiny new gadgets and a super slick touch screen TV; there’s not one patch in the entire building that’s not had our care and attention. There’s a lot of purple, a tonne of new properties and a whole lot of love gone into making our new home as epic as it could possibly be.

Now, we mentioned our new super slick touch screen TV above but seriously, you must stop by and have a play. We’re now virtually open even when we’re closed (yep, we know that doesn’t quite make sense but hear us out…) Our screen, which is the only one in central Manchester, allows you to browse all our properties, book a viewing, request a valuation and even make a mortgage enquiry, long after the lights are out.
