Ascend shortlisted for Sales & Lettings Agent of the Year

It’s been a pretty incredible year for us here at Ascend. From opening our flagship branch on Deansgate to rave reviews, we couldn’t be more proud of our achievements over the past 12 months. 2015 went by in a flash but as they say, time flies when you’re having fun… and this was a particularly fun filled year for us lot.

And just when we thought this year couldn’t get any more exciting for us, it did. Now, we’re fully aware that we may have bragged about our several award wins in the past (see here and here if you missed it), but to be recognised once again is a huge deal to us. That’s right, we’ve only gone and made the shortlist for Insider Media’s Residential Sales and Lettings Agent of the Year. Woo hoo!

As you can tell, we’re incredibly chuffed to be shortlisted for this award, and it means so much to us. Don’t get us wrong, we have worked insanely hard all year, and the dedication we give to our customers isn’t just so we can win awards. We feel incredibly lucky just to be nominated and it’s a huge honour to be alongside some big names in the industry.

We want to thank all of you who have reviewed us, told your mates about us or even just given us a like on Facebook. We like to think we’re an agent with a difference, one who isn’t afraid to do things a little differently and one who likes to push the traditional boundaries. We believe this is the reason we have had such positive feedback and are continually recognised for the work we do. So cheers guys, it means a lot.

We won’t know who the winner is until January, but whether we come first or second, we’re over the mood to have made it on the list.  We’ve got so many exciting things coming up in 2016 that we’ve got a feeling this is just the tip of the iceberg for us… so watch this space.
