Ascend shortlisted for two awards at the 2025 RESI Awards

Ascend, the UK’s largest third-party operator of single-family rental homes – has been shortlisted in two categories for the RESI Awards 2025.

The firm is a finalist in the Property Manager of the Year and Residential PropTech Innovation of the Year categories. In addition, Gatehouse Living Group – of which Ascend is a part – has been named as a finalist for Asset Manager of the Year. 

The RESI Awards celebrate excellence in the residential property sector, with the winners announced at a gala ceremony in London on 7th May.
