An excellent, friendly, professional service from everyone at Ascend properties. We have received answers for every question we had quickly, the all process went really smoothly. Terrie was extremely helpful from the beginning, nothing was too much trouble for him.

We're a young couple moving into our first rental, coming into Manchester from a long way away. After being really disappointed with the service other agents had provided us; never receiving call backs that were promised, failing to inform us that properties that we were booked in to view had been let, and just general lack of knowledge about the properties we were being shown, we found Ascend to be an absolute breath of fresh air. They phoned to confirm our appointments, were incredibly knowledgable about the properties and surrounding transport links and amenities. The agent we dealt with, Terrie Eason, went to a lot of trouble to arrange an extra viewing for us the same evening and showed us two extra properties.

Overall we were incredibly impressed with the service we received and would highly recommend Ascend to anyone.

It was my first agency that I was dealing with. Great job, quick service, no stress, no hassle. Everything went smoothly all the referecing process was much easier than I thought. Rob was a great help who dealth with all problems quickly and promptly as well as Rebecca from referencing team. If I will ever need to use agency for renting or will decide buying my own property I would deffo think to use them at first and not look any further.
