1)      What’s your position at Ascend?

I am a Senior Property Manager for Ascend, covering all aspects of property management for landlords with a portfolio of properties. As the designated point of contact for the tenant, I am there to help every step of the way. My daily tasks include arranging maintenance repairs and inspections, negotiating the renewal of contracts, returning tenancy deposits and ensuring properties are prepared between tenancies to keep up with a fast-paced lettings team. Throughout the tenant’s time dealing with Ascend, I ensure they receive efficient, friendly service from start to finish.

2)      What’s the best part of your job?

There’s one big team at Ascend and the best bit of my job is being a part of it. Every member of the team has an integral role in ensuring that all clients are looked after - which ultimately contributes to the success of the business as a whole. Everyone works together, helping each other as and when we can. From Admin Assistant to Director, everyone works together to ensure we deliver the best service and the highest standards.
