Interior Inspiration – Gorgeous Gardens

As we now enter what feels like the depths of winter, it’s hard to imagine that only a few months ago we were enjoying the very best of what the British summer had to offer. Flowers blooming, bright nights, and temperatures that didn’t start with a minus - they all seem like a distant memory now. But it never hurts to look back and think fondly of that short time we had enjoying the sunshine.

While we’re all for nights on the sofa in front of the fire with a hot chocolate and beginning that countdown to those festive Christmas markets, we thought we’d have one look back at what was a cracking summer we had in 2017 – and where better to honour this fabulous season than with our interior, or in this case, exterior inspiration post? This month it’s gardens, and while we’re not sure these luscious lawns will be getting quite the same TLC now as they were just a few months ago, we thought they deserved a big ol’ shout out all the same. Plus it never hurts to get some green-fingered inspiration ready for next year, right?

We expect gardens to be full of colour, but it’s safe to say Rachel takes it to another level. While flowers and a lick of paint have made all the difference in this huge outdoor space, we love how she’s been able to add even more colour with accessories too. We’re forever lusting after Carole’s sleek and classy interiors – seriously, her home is stunning! Of course, when we took the chance to snoop over a couple of her garden posts, it was no surprise that her style had transcended perfectly into her outdoor space. Chic and sophisticated, yet practical enough to host a roaring garden party (when British weather allows, of course).
