Ascend agent takes home the gold

Last year was pretty phenomenal in terms of our award wins. Not only did we bag awards for our customer service, but we took home best agent in Manchester and the North West too! In total, we racked up 11 awards from property review site, allagents.co.uk, all as voted for by you - our wonderful landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers.

With such a victorious win under our belts, we knew we’d be hard pushed to try and top it. But with this in mind, we carried on delivering the same old amazing top notch service we always do. If anything, we just worked harder and were even more determined to prove to everyone that we really were the best agent in the city centre. Not that you didn’t already know that of course…

And it seems this year would be no exception. Once again, our hard work has been recognised by you beautiful people, so much so that our top notch property consultant Rob managed to get his hands on not bronze, not silver…but the GOLD award for customer experience in Manchester. That’s right folks, he is officially (according to you voters) the single best agent you will come across when it comes to property. No pressure there then, Rob!

All joking aside, we couldn’t be happier for him. He works his little socks off. He treats every client that walks through our door with the same courtesy and respect no matter what and he always goes that extra mile. He lives and breathes the A-Team enthusiasm and our days just wouldn’t be the same without him. We couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of his title so huge congrats to you Rob (just don’t let that award go to your head, we still expect you to brew up in the morning!).
