All Agents Awards – More golden trophies for Ascend

When it comes to customer service, we’re pleased to say that our team are nailing it!  From day one, our clients have been at the forefront of everything we do. Three years down the line, having opened three  North West offices with an impressive portfolio of managed properties under our belt, we’re proud to say that customers are still our number one priority. Their support has brought us where we are today and it’s safe to say that we’ve had an incredible journey in such a short space of time.

So when we heard from our friends over at All Agents, we were excited. We have been fortunate enough to rack up a fair few awards from the property review site over the years (see here and here if you’d like to refresh your memory) and we’re so happy to announce that this year is no different…

As always, the awards themselves are based on the genuine reviews from people who have had a first-hand experience with our team – which makes them even more special. There’s no judging panel, just straightforward and genuine customer feedback.  We managed to scoop an incredible 11 awards in total this year – our most to date! To say we’re chuffed would be an understatement. Here’s a rundown of all our 2017 accolades below:

Our Liverpool branch, which has only been open a few short months also scooped the Bronze awards for Best Letting Agent in L1 Postcode and Best Overall Agent in L1 Postcode.

As well as retaining our title for the Best Letting agent in the North West for the third year in a row, this year we even managed to bag the silver award for the best letting agent in the UK as a whole. To be the best in our region is one thing, but to be in the top three for the entire country is an achievement that has really knocked our socks off.
