For us, 2017 has already well and truly started with a bang. Not only have we had our busiest January and February since the beginning of time, we’ve been shortlisted for another award!
We recently received a message from our friends at the Property Awards, organised by the Property Week magazine, informing us that we had been shortlisted for Newcomer of the Year! Who wouldn’t be happy with that kind of message first thing on a Monday morning? We love it when our hard work pays off and the number of messages we receive from our clients are testament to that.
2016 was a pretty monumental year for us. Looking at the numbers, it’s safe to say we smashed it across the board:
- Sold over £23.6 million worth of property
- Brought 530 new rental units to the market
- Won 153 new sales instructions
- Gained 207 new 5* reviews
- Been appointed as managing agent on 705 new units
If we compare 2016 figures to 2017 figures for the first two months of this year, we’ve had:

- 165% increase in January compared to 2016
- 81% increase in February compared to 2016
The number of happy clients we've helped move in to their new homes:
- 50% increase in January compared to 2016
- 114% in February compared to 2016
Our growth has been phenomenal and thanks to a successful 12 months, we’re on track for an even bigger and better year in 2017. We’ve got lots of exciting new projects up our sleeves and we predict there will be more properties on offer than ever before so watch this space over the next few months…
